Step 1. Connect your Samsung Galaxy Ace to your computer
Install Samsung Galaxy Ace recovery software on your computer, run it. First you'll get a start interface shown below. Connect your Samsung Galaxy Ace to the computer, and bear in mind not start any other Android phone management software during the recovery.

Step 2. Start USB debugging on your Samsung Galaxy Ace

Step 3. Detect and analyze your Samsung Galaxy Ace
