Tips for Restoring Your Lost Contacts from Android SIM Card
Step 1. Connect your phone to the computer (enable USB debugging)
After you install and run the program on your computer, you can see the main window as follows. According to the tips on it, connect your phone to computer.
After that, the program will require you to enable USB debugging on your phone. Just follow the ways below to set it. Choose the one for your device:
1) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"
2) For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
3) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".
Step 2. Analyze and scan your Android device for lost contacts
After your Android device is connected and detected, you come to the analyzing part. Click "Start" to let the program analyze your device before scanning it.
As the window shows, you need to click "Allow" on your Android device's screen to permit the Superuser Request. Then click "Start" again on the program's window to begin the scan.
Step 3. Preview and restore lost contacts on Android SIM card
The scan will take you quite a while, but it will remind you when all messages and contacts have been scanned out. Then you can stop it and preview all your contacts. Choose what you want and click "Recover" to save them on your PC.
Note: You must have noticed that contacts in the scan result are displayed in different colors. Actually, those in black are existing contacts on your Android, while the orange ones are those deleted recently. You can use the button above “Only display deleted items” to separate them.
