How to Recover Lost Media Files on HTC
Step 1. Install and Launch Android Photo Recovery
Install and launch the app. The software will show this interface like this.
Step 2. Connect your HTC One to Computer
Connect your HTC with computer. The app will detect your device as physical drive. Click the button "Start".
Step 3. Scan Photos and Video on HTC Device
When this image pops up, you can select the scanning data mode. If you want to recover nothing but photos and videos, you can pick "Gallery" and "Video".
And this window will provide two options of scanning storage mode, "Select for deleted files" should be a better choice .
Note: When this images displays, click "Allow" on your HTC.
Step 4. Preview and Restore Media Files from HTC
